Four Felines Update

 In News, Uncategorized

Hi friends, We wanted to say a huge thank you for your support of our recent Four Felines appeal and provide you with an update on how the kitties are all going! Because of YOUR financial support, we were able to provide all four cats with the eye surgery they needed to improve their eyesight and live pain-free. Here is a message from their Case Manager and foster carer of one of the cats: “Thank you so very much to everyone who donated to our ‘Eyelash Appeal’ for Bella the Brave and the Dunlop kids – Bella, Ashley and Sascha. We are delighted to let you know that they all had their cryoepilation surgeries on Wednesday and have come through it with flying colours. The Dunlop Kids are a little sore, but Bella the Brave is over the moon – check out the video of her lolling around on her carer’s bed! This sweet lady has gone from living a perilous life on the streets, and even losing one of her eyes to a tomcat, to a loving foster home and receiving the eye treatment she so desperately needed. We are so pleased to see her so happy and that we were able to save her other eye, thanks to your kindness. Bella the Brave will be available for adoption soon. You may recall that Bella Dunlop (aka Little Bella) previously had cryoepilation surgery. We’d hoped this would resolve her issues. Unfortunately, some eyelashes grew back, again causing discomfort and possible corneal damage to her eye. So she required a repeat surgery.” Thank you for your generous donation, it truly has made an enormous difference to the lives of these four beautiful cats. The FFAR Family x
