Hi there I’m Cindy and I’m looking for my perfect family! I’m looking to find my special family that understands my needs and is committed to helping me thrive. I am very nervous and do not like to be handled, this includes petting as well. I take a long time to warm up to my surroundings and you will have to work to earn my trust. I like my own space and need time to work on my confidence with people. I need to have a home with NO dogs or children, but I will need somewhere with a friendly cat resident to show me the ropes and help me settle in, as I really enjoy the company of other cats. If you think I sound like a good fit let me know, I can’t wait to find my home!

The handsome boy Cashie came to Forever Friends in January 2022- after being surrendered by his owner whose income circumstances changed. He is 17 hands high and approximately 14 years old. He is suited as a companion horse and not as a riding horse.

During our interactions with Cashie, we have found that he likes to be handled by patient and caring humans. He’s very affectionate and we believe that most people who meet him will fall in love with him.
We have done some liberty work with him and he’s responded well to that. As a former racehorse, he has the training and desire to to go fast and his training instincts activate when he sees wide open spaces. We have found that he walks well on the lead and responds well when he is given activities that require him to focus and think. We have been been using ground work with changes in direction and lunging to engage his active mind. Cashie becomes nervous when his feet are lifted and we will continue to work with him on this and his horse floating skills until his forever home is found. Cashie is sound in the paddock and a great companion to the other horses in the herd.

As a Thoroughbred, Cashie will require some hard feed during the winter months to keep his condition. He’ll also require appropriate rugging and shelter. His rugs will be supplied to the new owner as part of his adoption.

Cashie’s forever home will be ready to love and care for him – both mentally and physically. They’ll need to provide lots of physical interaction and exercise to keep his busy mind satisfied and guidance to keep him physically and mentally fit. His forever home will have other permanent horses so that he will always have a paddock companion.

Cashie’s health checks, teeth, worming are up to date.

Are you Cashie’s Forever Friend?

Hello, my name is Luna, aren’t I just adorable?
I’m a happy, playful, sweet 3 year old who just loves to have a cuddle, but also enjoys some alone time. My foster family loves me so much, I get to go for a walk twice a day and walk well on my lead, watch for cats though as I might just want to go for a chase. I’m a bit cautious when it comes to meeting new dogs, but give me a chance to have a sniff and I might just have a play if I’m keen. I love to play a little rough so please find me a similar size dog to be my friend. I’d like to have a doggy friend at home, but it will need to be someone who’s my age or a bit older because they will have to be able to understand when I’ve had enough and want to be left alone. I sleep inside on my bed but be prepared, if you let me I will come on your bed. I like to be fed alone and when my family make me chicken I love them just a little bit more and if you have treats I will show you my happy face. I have learnt to sit and am learning to bring the ball back, I love toys but I’m a chewer and a digger if you let me get bored.
Hope to meet you soon!

Grover is a beautiful boy who loves to play (particularly with other kitties) and to look after his ‘sibling’. He is so sweet with humans once he settles in and purrs loudly and loves a cuddle. I don’t think you will find a more handsome boy.

Grover and his foster brother have developed a deep bond and would like to be adopted together.

Landon is a lovely little boy who above all else loves to cuddle. He is playful and loves to play with his foster brother Grover, but ultimately he is a cuddle machine. (

Grover must be an indoor only cat due to his colouring and for their safety they both should be kept inside.

Rascal, who lives up to his name, is a 3 year old desexed male goat. He has a very sweet, cheeky nature and is comfortable around humans and other farm animals. He will come up to say hello and likes to follow you around, nudging you gently, checking if you have a tasty treat for him.

Rascal likes to roam and has a tendency to jump or climb through fencing so tall, robust fencing in good order is a must.

Rascal is bonded with Precious and the two must be adopted together. They would be lost without each other.
